Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Antheon website and platform. By requesting a demo, running a pilot, or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
The service
Antheon is a private, white-label AI nutrition-coaching app that studios offer to their clients under their own brand. We host, maintain, and support the platform. Specific features, plans, and pricing are described on our website and confirmed in a separate written agreement or order for each studio.
Not medical advice
Antheon provides nutrition coaching and tracking only. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding any medical condition, before making dietary changes, or if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition. Individual results vary.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Antheon. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or for any harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights.
Fees
Figures shown on the website are indicative and are finalised in your agreement or order. Where the app is offered to clients on a subscription, clients pay their own subscription and the studio does not pay for client coaching, except as set out in the applicable plan. Taxes may apply.
Intellectual property
Antheon and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. Your studio’s brand, name, and logos remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to provide and brand the service for you. We may reference that a studio uses Antheon only with permission.
Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, database, AI, and payments). Their availability and terms may affect the service, and we are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific health, weight, or business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antheon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or its users. On termination, clients can export or request deletion of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
